Captain Requirements

Players interested in being a captain for the Pewaukee Boys Soccer program must give a speech to fellow teammates in the beginning of each season.  They must also play and participate in soccer outside of the three month high school season for their training.  After speeches are conducted, players and coaches vote on program Captains for that respective year. Captains are extensions of the coach on and off the field, and are expected to have a high level of maturity.

He does not set out to be a leader, but becomes one by the quality of his actions and the integrity of his intent.  In the end, leaders are much like eagles...they don't flock, you find them one at a time."
