The Pewaukee Boys and Girls Soccer programs are pleased to announce its 3rd annual summer soccer camps for boys and girls of all ages. The “Pirate” Soccer Camps are under the direction of the Varsity Boys and Girls Coach, Randy Staus. This year we are hosting three camps. We are featuring a “Specialty” Camp for players of all ages focusing on finishing and defending. We also have the popular “Pirate” team camp where players work on individual technique and team tactics while competing in World Cup and MLS leagues. The Pre-Season conditioning camp (done by UW-Whitewater) is designed for high school level players in preparation for the 2002 season. | Camp Description: The PIRATE “Specialty” Camp is designed for the individual soccer player. On Monday, through video analysis, campers finishing and shooting skills will be evaluated. On Tuesday campers will be introduced to the individual zonal principles of Pewaukee Soccer Defending. Wednesday will culminate camp with related tactical work and special awards. Fun and Challenging three days of Soccer, “PEWAUKEE” Specialty Camp T-shirt, Shooting Video Analysis, and quality instruction from College and High School Coaches. |

Camp
Description:
The “Pewaukee Soccer Camp” day starts
with group instruction working on individual technique. Daily topics for
the week are shooting, passing, trapping, dribbling, and defending.
Technique training is followed by the daily camp contest of the day.
Campers end the camp day by competing in MLS and World Cup round robin
play capped off with a tournament on Thursday. Special awards are given
out to campers on Thursday such as GOLDEN BOOT, PLAYMAKER, DEFENSIVE, and
HUSTLE. Are you one to get a “PIRATE” Award?

Camp Description: For the third straight season, Pewaukee is pleased to welcome back Coach Jeff Staus, from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, to do the High School Pre Season Conditioning Camp. Henschel, a collegiate All-American, has taken the Warhawks to the Division III “Sweet 16” two out of the past three years. Through four training sessions Henschel will get players technically, tactically, and physically ready for the demands of the 2002 Girls High School soccer season. What Players Receive: Two nights of fun and challenging coaching from college coaches. This camp will give an edge to any player attending.
