Boys Soccer Information

As part of your off-season training and budgeting, you should be filling out your workout books that will be collected the first day of practice. (All returnees, incoming freshman it is optional)

Some important dates:

Keep an eye on the web site for 2008 schedule game dates and reminders.  The address is http://www.nconnect.net/~srstaus/

The weight room is open every day after school for all guys who are not in a winter sport or even for those who are in one before practice!

With losing 6 seniors from a 10 wins team and season last year, plus having a very strong freshman class coming in, expectations are high for our 2008 season!  We need to wok hard in the off-season, from this day forward until we win the Division II State Championship!  Any players not out for a summer sport should be lifting to gain strength and speed/quickness.  You should also be doing some ball control exercises on your own to master your technical skills.  Great players understand the importance of hard work in the off-season!  Are you a great player?

Great job to the Junior Varsity players who are starting their commitment to in-season training by using Coach Staus's and Sullivan's advice about lifting and being in the weight room before practice and in the off-season!
